Water Activities

Water enthusiasts will enjoy Lake Michigan and the many inland lakes available nearby for swimming, boating, jet skiing, water skiing, canoeing and more.. .

July 31-August 2 - Little Traverse Yacht Club Regatta...Sailboats start in Harbor Springs and race in Little Traverse Bay. Watch the action from the waterfront in Harbor Springs or Petoskey, mere minutes from Hamlet Village Resort Condominiums.

Harbor Springs Beaches include:  

The Municipal Beach on West Bay Street with a playground and rafts, and lifeguards during certain hours, close to downtown shopping and dining.

The Zoll Street Beach, close to downtown has picnic tables available for your enjoyment.       

Petoskey Bayfront Park with walking path, waterfall, picnic tables and restroom facilities.

Petoskey State Park located off M-119 between Harbor Springs and Petoskey offers beaches, picnic area with grills and fire pits.
